With over 20 years’ experience in Human Resources and as a Business Owner, Jacquie is a highly accomplished HR and business professional.
Prior to joining the Norgay HR team, Jacquie was responsible for leading and developing dedicated sales teams towards achievement of sales targets.
As a Business Owner Jacquie led all aspects of starting and growing a small business including product development, sales and marketing, financial management and managing external supplier relationships.
Jacquie’s HR career includes growing and leading HR teams in medium to large businesses in industry sectors including business advisory and the Oil and Gas industry.
Jacquie has been a HR consultant to the small to medium business sector since 2008. In that capacity, she has worked alongside and advised business owners and leaders on all aspects of Human Resources including HR Operations, people management, project management, remuneration, benefits, training, payroll as well as advising on the industrial relations frameworks.
Jacquie has a Bachelor of Social Science Degree majoring in Human Resources and Industrial Relations.
