Kathy has a deep and broad understanding across all HR functions and through this knowledge and experience is able to ensure clients meet their employment law obligations as well as supporting them in extending the capabilities of their people.

Kathy believes a smooth and efficient on-boarding of employees is key to the start of a positive employee experience. She is passionate about driving dialogue that encourages and motivates employees to perform at their best through relevant performance review processes.

Kathy holds an Advanced Diploma in Human Resources with solid experience in Performance Management, Employee Relations, Remuneration and Contract/Policy/Award compliance.
