With over 20 years HR experience, Neridah is a demonstrated HR practitioner with a diverse background spanning across generalist HR, HR Operations, people management, project management, remuneration, benefits, process re-engineering, HRIS and payroll management as well as HR technology solutions.
A strong focus during Neridah’s career has been on establishing, leading and supporting effective centralized HR Operational functions providing operational, administrative and advisory services to support the end to end employee life cycle.
Having worked in medium to large scale organisations spanning across media, technology, retail, property and finance, Neridah has had the opportunity to work closely with management and be a driving force in delivering ongoing people practice improvements while establishing and delivering effective HR Operations company wide.
Neridah has lead collaborative and effective teams as well as contributed to building industrious teams. She encourages a team environment that enables others to take ownership, develop and succeed. Some of her core objectives have included enhancing overall team performance, implementing efficiencies by leveraging technology and, ensuring legislative and policy compliance.
Neridah holds an Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management and a Certificate in Payroll Management.
