Nicole has over 15 years’ experience managing, developing and implementing effective human resources management practices that both support the objectives of our clients, are best practice, and meet employment law obligations.
In addition to her extensive HR generalist skills, Nicole has deep knowledge and interest in the systems that support Norgay HR. She is therefore the business sponsor on IT enhancements to facilitate greater efficiencies within the business which leads to better outcomes for our clients.
Nicole offers both the experience and the maturity to advise on all aspects of HR management, adapting a very pragmatic approach to devise solutions that balance the realities of business with the desired outcomes for staff and business leaders.
Nicole holds a Certificate IV in Business (Human Resources) graduating with Distinction. She is qualified in Advanced Return to Work Coordination (WH&S) and has attended regular training on payroll, superannuation and workers compensation.
