Clare has over 20 years of experience in HR as both a functional leader operating on executive teams, and as a Consultant and advisor to APAC regional and local leaders and teams. For 12 years Clare operated as HR Director on executive teams reporting at CEO level.
In addition to her strong HR functional experience, Clare has worked across a range of HR domains including employee engagement, talent management, leadership development, organisational change management and cultural transformation.
Clare’s industry experience is diverse and includes Financial Services, Insurance, IT, Professional Services, Media, and the Public Sector. She has held senior HR roles in high profile organisations including IBM, AIG, Ace Insurance and Citigroup in both Australia and in Asia.
Clare holds an MBA and is a qualified Organisational Coach through the Institute of Executive Coaching & Leadership, Australia. She is also accredited on a range of tools that she uses in her consulting work. Clare was formerly recognised in the 2009 International Business Award for Best Human Resources Team Leader of the Year.
