Denise Medina joined Norgay HR in 2023 as an HR Administrator. She has a broad range of experience in lead generation, CRM management, project management, customer service, training and development, and people management. She has more than a decade of work experience operating in small to large organisations in a variety of sectors, spanning digital marketing, finance, construction, customer service and human resources.
Denise has the expertise to work with clients on our preferred human resources platform to ensure that this tool satisfies the unique HR needs of our clients.
Denise understands that seamless and efficient staff onboarding is critical to the start of a successful employee experience. She understands that businesses should have the right tools and structure to help manage people and increase productivity and efficiency. She has a strong passion for promoting quality customer service, efficiency, and technology.
